1. Painting interior walls

1. Thermal insulation

Preparation: Thorough examination of the wall surface, and treatment of possible moisture and mold. Cleaning and dusting of the wall surface. Assess the location of electrical wires and pipes.
Finishing: Cutting insulating material (e.g. mineral wool, polystyrene) to size. Applying adhesive mortar to the wall or preparation for mechanical fixing. Installation of insulating material, with a tight fit. If necessary, apply a vapor barrier film. Fixing dowels for a secure hold. Surface leveling and smoothing. Final finishing (painting, wallpapering)
Internal insulation of the roof.
Preparation: Checking the condition of the roof structure, and making necessary repairs. Cleaning and preparing the space between the rafters.
Design: Installation of a vapor-permeable film between the rafters. Cutting to size and inserting insulating material (usually mineral wool). Fastening the insulation, making sure there are no gaps. Applying vapor barrier film to the inside
· Installation of internal covering (e.g. plasterboard).
Insulation of the attic
Preparation: Assessment of the attic, handling of possible leaks and structural problems. Removal of existing covering (if necessary)
Execution: Installation of insulation between rafters (similar to the inner side of the roof). Application of an additional layer of insulation on the inner side of the rafters. Careful placement of vapor barrier film, gluing of overlaps. Installation of internal coverings (usually plasterboard). Special attention is paid to the insulation around the skylights.

Sound insulation of slabs
Preparation: Inspection of slab structure, checking of load-bearing capacity. Removal of existing floor covering (if necessary)
Finishing: Installation of the floating floor - if necessary. Installation of sound-insulating washer. Laying of a bearing layer (e.g. OSB). Installation of a floor noise insulation layer.
Sound insulation of mechanical equipment

Finishing: Repairing and straightening the edge of the opening. Collection and removal of debris. Cleaning and dusting the area.
2. Removal of coverings
Removing floor coverings
Preparation: Removing or covering furniture. Removal of skirting boards. Preparation of appropriate tools (chisel, hammer, crowbar).
Construction:
- For parquet flooring: chiseling the starting line, lifting the parquet tiles row by row,
- For laminate flooring: loosening of bounces, picking up tiles in the opposite direction to the laying direction
- For glued floor carpet: cut the carpet into smaller, manageable pieces, tearing up pieces, removing adhesive residues
Finishing work: Cleaning the substrate of adhesive residues. Repairing substrate irregularities.
Removal of wall coverings
Preparation: Dismantling of electrical fittings. Laying protective film on the floor and furniture. Preparing scaffolding or ladders for high walls.
Construction:
- For wallpaper: wetting or steaming of wallpaper, peeling off wallpaper layer by layer.
- In the case of lambrequins: release of fixings, removing panels one by one.
Finishing work: Cleaning the wall surface of adhesive residues. Repair of wall defects, and unevenness. Collection and removal of debris. Thorough cleaning and dusting of the area.
